The Rayon Plaque
![](war7sm.jpg)
WWII Roll of Honor |
After
remaining homeless for close to 10 years, the Rayon plaque honoring 691
DuPont employees will finally have a home. The plaque is made of
bronze and was cast by International Bronze Company in New York City,
date unknown. All summer the plaque has been undergoing
restoration. Below are photos of the process.

Jack Redden and
Red Dean, both WWII Vets, stand next to the Rayon Plaque.
Jack is pointing to his name. At this point there was still
one layer of color to remove. |
